Shipping policy

Green Mandarin offers $13 flat rate tracked shipping on ALL orders shipped within New Zealand via NZ Post, including rural delivery. Orders within New Zealand are generally delivered within 3 business days of dispatch. Delays may apply to rural addresses. 

Green Mandarin offers free shipping for all orders over $80. We do not currently offer international shipping. 

Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel or we advise delivering to a work address where the parcel can be signed for. Green Mandarin takes no responsibility for missing parcels once delivery is confirmed at your chosen address. 

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please monitor the delivery of your parcel via our emails - check spam or junk folders. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. 

If items are returned to Green Mandarin due to a failed attempted delivery, it can be redelivered, but at the customers expense.
